I need more time with it… The one thing I do and will share as it may be helpful is that above the Project I have Dashboards: Personal / Business / Health / Astrology, etc. I have a bunch of code in there to pull in all the *health/plant tags etc, so basically all articles and any mentions end up there. This can be seen in the graph but I like all the relatable info to be gathered in one place.
So, for example, when I write an article/newsletter, I insert a newsletter template that has a Dashboard property and if I mention projects or tasks or whatever notes within this article, it will all populate the according Dashboard.
